Perfect description-wise. includes decent English directions, whiting product and seemingly not working UV light. I actually went out and bought new batteries that weren't cheap as a replacement. As soon as I started removing the batteries I realized there there tabs on bottoms of both batteries?! Nowhere in the instructions does it designate or tell you to pull the tabs off the bottloms of the pre-existing batteries. I even took it apart and there were NO tabs visible. s. it wasn't until I bought replacement batteries that that tabs were on the bottom. I even sent a message to the manufacturer who ignored my messages about the UV light being nonfunctional. The product is great once it works,
