Shipping was late, & tracked. Came w everything! I took out the plastic from the light battery for it to work. It was very hard to mold my teeth if left in the boiling water for too long, it’d lose its shape and so I’d take it out too early. The struggle is real! And it’s so hard to cut the molds because it’s very thick and you should probably cut it right after molding it but if you don’t put it in cold water right away, then like I had mentioned, IT’LL LOSE ITS SHAPE. And if you don’t cut it right, the liquid will get into your gums and that will hurt and turn them white. The first time I put it onto my mold, too much came out and I tried using a q-tip to remove some, it still got onto my gums. It stung so bad I immediately took it all off. That was def my mistake! Only tried a few times. For about 20minutes each day. The light barely fit my mouth so for one session, I didn’t use it. I’m on my third day and don’t see much of a difference. Will keep updating.
