The hearing aid arrived but did not work I contacted the seller and they asked me to try a new battery so I had to go and buy new batteries but it still does not work and now they want me to send it back to China which I have to pay for as well as the cost of new batteries. My advice to anyone is do not buy from these sellers as it is too difficult to get a satisfactory resolution
