The quality of the plastic is good. Even great. 3 whistles. At 1,5 is normal. I checked on myself (i have 100% hearing)-there is an increase. You can hear the wife on the touchpad with the nail knocking. I bought it as a gift-i'll ask for opinions from a hard-hearing... Delivery is bad through iml. long and ininformative.
