- Perfect description-wise. includes decent English directions, whiting product and seemingly not working UV light. I actually went out and bought new batteries that weren't cheap as a replacement. As soon as I started removing the batteries I realized there there tabs on bottoms of both batteries?! Nowhere in the instructions does it designate or tell you to pull the tabs off the bottloms of the pre-existing batteries. I even took it apart and there were NO tabs visible. s. it wasn't until I bought replacement batteries that that tabs were on the bottom. I even sent a message to the manufacturer who ignored my messages about the UV light being nonfunctional. The product is great once it works, (Posted on 5/23/2019)

- Shipping was late, & tracked. Came w everything! I took out the plastic from the light battery for it to work. It was very hard to mold my teeth if left in the boiling water for too long, it’d lose its shape and so I’d take it out too early. The struggle is real! And it’s so hard to cut the molds because it’s very thick and you should probably cut it right after molding it but if you don’t put it in cold water right away, then like I had mentioned, IT’LL LOSE ITS SHAPE. And if you don’t cut it right, the liquid will get into your gums and that will hurt and turn them white. The first time I put it onto my mold, too much came out and I tried using a q-tip to remove some, it still got onto my gums. It stung so bad I immediately took it all off. That was def my mistake! Only tried a few times. For about 20minutes each day. The light barely fit my mouth so for one session, I didn’t use it. I’m on my third day and don’t see much of a difference. Will keep updating.
