- If unfortunately the volume control button doesn't work and i can't turn up the volume or lower the noise is very high, i ask to change only the hearing device as the charger and adapters are in perfect condition for your attention thanks i look forward to your early reply (Posted on 5/23/2019)

Normal device made of cheap plastic. Works. For its price is quite good!
